• VIP benefits apply only to active accounts.
• The cashback rate is based on the previous week's net losses — not total bets placed.
• Members will be informed in advance if VIP tier rules change.

9 Limitation of Liability

ck444 aps has limited liability for any loss suffered by a member due to technical faults, disconnections, or any other reason on the platform. ck444 aps is not responsible in the following situations:

• A game being interrupted mid-play due to an internet disconnection.
• Delays in transactions caused by issues with a third-party payment gateway.
• Loss caused by problems with the member's own device or software.
• Unauthorised transactions resulting from the member disclosing their own login details.
• Temporary inability to access the site due to a technical fault.

However, if a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault, ck444 aps reserves the right to re-settle based on the correct result.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

ck444 aps may temporarily or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.

• Indication of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure
